Forum is one of two main sources of support, and the most useful one. A place where people like you share their experience and solutions to various problems, offer new ways of using Mailabit and answer the same questions over and over again.
Currently, the forum is under construction, so you'd have to resort to normal support should you require assistance.
Official language for both forum and tech support is English, but you can also write in Russian, Spanish, Latvian, Bulgarian or Japanese. In case of Japanese, nobody will understand you, but at least it looks pretty cool.
